The TranSoft Labs internet E-mail servers are now configured as part of a large redundant server cluster with multiple high speed data connections in multiple geographic locations.  This provides TranSoft Labs customers with the most reliable internet e-mail service available.  You should be able to find a solution to any problem you are experiencing below.

Webmail Access

Now that all email is hosted on new cloud servers, just use this link to access the web mail system: http://webmail.transoftlabs.com.  This webmail application is quite agile and might be all you need to access your email, calendar, task list etc.  It has the advantage of not needing any setup on your PC so you can access it from any PC that has internet access.  You only need your user name and password.  Your email user name will usually be your complete primary email address.  If you do not know your password, please call and I will reset your password.

PC Client Access

Here are the general values you will need for any client:

• User name: This is your primary email address.
• Password: Initially provided to you or you may have changed it with the webmail access above.
• Incoming mail server: secure.emailsrvr.com
• Outgoing mail server: secure.emailsrvr.com
• Use SSL for both incoming and outgoing mail
• SMTP port: 465
• POP3 port: 995
• IMAP port: 993
• Make sure the setting for your outgoing email security uses the same settings as your incoming mail.
