TranSoft Labs Service Policy
All TranSoft Labs services are billed as labor in 15 minute increments.
Telephone and remote service is billed at $60.00 per hour with a 30 minute minimum.
Onsite service is billed at $80.00 per hour with a 45 minute minimum.
Some services are performed routinely and can be obtained at a fixed price acording to the following list:
